<p>신세계인터내셔널 지인은 “스마트폰 소액결제는 신용카드 결제와 비슷한 구조이기 덕분에 스스로 계좌로 이체가 된다”고 이야기 했다. LF몰 관계자 역시 “모바일 소액 결제는 다날, ISP/페이북 등으로 이미 결제가 된 부분이기 때문에 현금으로 당장 지급하고 있다”고 설명했다.</p>
<p>이은희 인하대 소비자학과 교수는 “구글 똑같은 글로벌 온/오프라인 사업자도 매출에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 발생했을 때 완만한 대처를 하지 않는 경우가 적지 않다”면서 “구글 소액결제 케이스가 늘어나고 있을 것입니다면 구글이 최고로 제일 먼저 할 일은 이런 일이 또 생성하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 전했다.</p>
