Just had a roofer come by to look at the attic leak I've been ignoring. He spent about twenty minutes up on the tiles, checking the flashing and valleys, then gave me a written estimate for patching a few lifted shingles and resealing a vent pipe. Seemed thorough, even pointed out some moss growth on the north slope I hadn't noticed.
