We're putting up a new fence around the back garden, finally replacing the old panels that were falling apart. The crew from Cavan arrived this morning with the timber and posts, and they've already got the first section framed in. It's nice to see proper work being done, no shortcuts. They're using pressure-treated wood and setting the posts in concrete, so it should last for years. Just ordered a gate to match, so the whole property will look tidy.
